Terms of Use

These Terms of Use ("Terms") are a binding agreement between you and Mehmet Anıl Kul, the individual developer of Revio ("I", "me"), governing your use of the Revio application and related services (the "App"). By downloading or using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

1. License

You are granted a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App on Apple-branded devices you own or control, in accordance with the Apple App Store Terms and these Terms. You may not copy, modify, reverse-engineer, resell, or distribute the App except as permitted by applicable law.

2. Subscriptions and purchases

Revio offers a free tier with limited usage and an optional paid subscription ("Revio Pro" / "Plus") that unlocks additional capacity and features such as more AI card generation and quizzes.
Subscriptions are auto-renewing. Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase and renews for the same period unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
You manage and cancel subscriptions in your Apple ID / App Store settings. Deleting the App does not cancel a subscription.
Prices may vary by region and may change; we will obtain consent for price increases where required. Free-tier limits and Pro benefits may change over time.
Payments, billing, and refunds are handled by Apple under the Apple Media Services Terms. We do not process refunds directly.

3. AI-generated content

Revio uses third-party AI to generate flashcards from the topics, documents, or photos you provide. AI output may be inaccurate, incomplete, or unsuitable for your purpose. You are responsible for reviewing and verifying AI-generated content before relying on it. The App is a study aid and is not a substitute for professional, medical, legal, or academic advice.

4. Your content and acceptable use

You retain ownership of the study content and materials you create or upload ("Your Content"). You grant us a license to host, process, and transmit Your Content as necessary to operate the App (including sending it to our AI provider to generate cards). You represent that you have the rights to any material you submit (for example, PDFs or photos) and that it does not infringe others' rights.

You agree not to use the App to submit unlawful, infringing, harmful, or abusive content; to attempt to disrupt or reverse-engineer the service; or to violate any law.

5. Intellectual property

The App, its design, and our trademarks are owned by us or our licensors. These Terms do not grant you any rights in our intellectual property except the limited license above.

6. Disclaimers

The App is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, to the maximum extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that AI output will be accurate.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or loss of data, arising from your use of the App. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the App in the 12 months before the claim.

8. Termination

You may stop using the App at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms or misuse the service.

9. Apple-specific terms

These Terms are between you and us only, not with Apple. Apple is not responsible for the App or its content.
Apple has no obligation to provide maintenance or support for the App.
If the App fails to conform to any applicable warranty, you may notify Apple, and Apple may refund the purchase price; to the maximum extent permitted by law, Apple has no other warranty obligation regarding the App.
Apple is not responsible for addressing any claims relating to the App, including product liability, legal/regulatory compliance, or consumer protection claims.
Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms and may enforce them against you.
You represent that you are not located in a U.S.-embargoed country or on a U.S. prohibited-parties list, as required by Apple.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Türkiye, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. This does not deprive you of mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence.

11. Changes

We may update these Terms. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.

Kullanım Koşulları

Bu Kullanım Koşulları ("Koşullar"), Revio uygulaması ve ilgili hizmetlerin ("Uygulama") kullanımını düzenleyen, sizinle Mehmet Anıl Kul ("biz") arasında bağlayıcı bir sözleşmedir. Uygulamayı indirerek veya kullanarak bu Koşulları kabul edersiniz. Kabul etmiyorsanız Uygulamayı kullanmayın.

1. Lisans

Apple App Store koşulları ve bu Koşullara uygun olarak, sahibi veya kontrolünüzdeki Apple cihazlarında Uygulamayı kullanmanız için kişisel, sınırlı, münhasır olmayan, devredilemez ve geri alınabilir bir lisans veriyoruz. Yürürlükteki yasanın izin verdiği haller dışında Uygulamayı kopyalayamaz, değiştiremez, tersine mühendislik yapamaz, yeniden satamaz veya dağıtamazsınız.

2. Abonelikler ve satın almalar

Revio, sınırlı kullanımlı ücretsiz bir kademe ve ek kapasite/özellikler (daha fazla AI kart üretimi ve quizler gibi) sunan isteğe bağlı ücretli abonelik ("Revio Pro" / "Plus") sunar.
Abonelikler otomatik yenilenir. Ücret, satın alma onayında Apple Kimliğinize yansıtılır ve mevcut dönemin bitiminden en az 24 saat önce iptal edilmedikçe aynı süre için yenilenir.
Abonelikleri Apple Kimliği / App Store ayarlarınızdan yönetir ve iptal edersiniz. Uygulamayı silmek aboneliği iptal etmez.
Fiyatlar bölgeye göre değişebilir ve değiştirilebilir; gerekli yerlerde fiyat artışları için onay alırız. Ücretsiz kademe limitleri ve Pro avantajları zamanla değişebilir.
Ödeme, faturalandırma ve iadeler Apple tarafından yürütülür. İadeleri doğrudan işlemeyiz.

3. AI ile üretilen içerik

Revio, sağladığınız konu, belge veya fotoğraflardan kart üretmek için üçüncü taraf AI kullanır. AI çıktısı hatalı, eksik veya amacınıza uygunsuz olabilir. AI ile üretilen içeriğe güvenmeden önce gözden geçirip doğrulamak sizin sorumluluğunuzdadır. Uygulama bir çalışma yardımcısıdır; profesyonel, tıbbi, hukuki veya akademik tavsiyenin yerini tutmaz.

4. İçeriğiniz ve kabul edilebilir kullanım

Oluşturduğunuz veya yüklediğiniz çalışma içeriğinin ("İçeriğiniz") mülkiyeti sizde kalır. Uygulamayı işletmek için gerekli olduğu ölçüde (kart üretmek üzere AI sağlayıcımıza göndermek dahil) İçeriğinizi barındırmamız, işlememiz ve iletmemiz için bize lisans verirsiniz. Gönderdiğiniz her materyal (örn. PDF veya fotoğraf) üzerinde haklara sahip olduğunuzu ve başkalarının haklarını ihlal etmediğini beyan edersiniz.

Uygulamayı; hukuka aykırı, hak ihlali içeren, zararlı veya kötüye kullanım niteliğinde içerik göndermek; hizmeti aksatmaya veya tersine mühendislik yapmaya çalışmak; ya da herhangi bir yasayı ihlal etmek için kullanmamayı kabul edersiniz.

5. Fikri mülkiyet

Uygulama, tasarımı ve markalarımız bize veya lisans verenlerimize aittir. Bu Koşullar, yukarıdaki sınırlı lisans dışında fikri mülkiyetimizde size hak vermez.

6. Sorumluluk reddi

Uygulama, yasanın izin verdiği azami ölçüde, hiçbir garanti olmaksızın "olduğu gibi" ve "mevcut olduğu şekilde" sunulur. Uygulamanın kesintisiz veya hatasız olacağını ya da AI çıktısının doğru olacağını garanti etmeyiz.

7. Sorumluluğun sınırlandırılması

Yasanın izin verdiği azami ölçüde; Uygulamayı kullanımınızdan doğan dolaylı, arızi, özel veya sonuçsal zararlardan ya da veri kaybından sorumlu değiliz. Toplam sorumluluğumuz, talepten önceki 12 ayda Uygulama için ödediğiniz tutarla sınırlıdır.

8. Fesih

Uygulamayı dilediğiniz zaman kullanmayı bırakabilirsiniz. Bu Koşulları ihlal etmeniz veya hizmeti kötüye kullanmanız halinde erişimi askıya alabilir veya sonlandırabiliriz.

9. Apple'a özgü koşullar

Bu Koşullar yalnızca sizinle bizim aramızdadır, Apple ile değil. Apple, Uygulamadan veya içeriğinden sorumlu değildir.
Apple'ın Uygulama için bakım veya destek sağlama yükümlülüğü yoktur.
Uygulama geçerli bir garantiye uymazsa Apple'a bildirebilirsiniz; Apple satın alma bedelini iade edebilir. Yasanın izin verdiği azami ölçüde Apple'ın başka bir garanti yükümlülüğü yoktur.
Uygulamaya ilişkin taleplerin (ürün sorumluluğu, mevzuata uygunluk, tüketici koruması dahil) ele alınmasından Apple sorumlu değildir.
Apple ve iştirakleri bu Koşulların üçüncü taraf lehdarlarıdır ve size karşı uygulayabilirler.
Apple'ın gerektirdiği üzere, ABD ambargosu uygulanan bir ülkede veya ABD yasaklı taraflar listesinde bulunmadığınızı beyan edersiniz.

10. Geçerli hukuk

Bu Koşullar, kanunlar ihtilafı kuralları dikkate alınmaksızın Türkiye hukukuna tabidir. Bu durum, ikamet ettiğiniz ülkedeki zorunlu tüketici korumalarından sizi mahrum bırakmaz.

11. Değişiklikler

Bu Koşulları güncelleyebiliriz. Değişiklikler yürürlüğe girdikten sonra kullanmaya devam etmeniz kabul anlamına gelir.
